COME BLOW YOUR HORN…
There are times when you’ve got to blow your own horn. Last week one of our customer woke up on Wednesday morning to find out early in the day that the display they had expected to use at their show the following day had disappeared, it vanished.
We received a panic call early that Wednesday morning asking for our help. They needed a 10 ft. display for the following morning. We helped locate a 10 ft. rental while they contacted there graphic agency (Kaylau) spoke to Steve and 2:30 P.M.
we received the first file of three panels 2′ x 7′ which had to be printed, laminated and Velcro applied. Got to give credit to Kaylau they came through like the pros they are, did their part so we could do ours.
At 5 P.M. we had the order at Fed-ex and shipped to arrive the following morning in the early A.M.
We did this WITHOUT RUSH CHARGES, we did this to accommodate a customer, we did this as a per normal day as we would for any customer.
So if we are blowing our own horn it’s to let you know we are there for you at any time day or night.
